•  XT3 Media and the Parish will take all reasonable steps to ensure the availability of this website but cannot be held responsible if on occasions it is not available due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Every effort is made to ensure that the site remains free of viruses etc and we cannot be held liable for such.  Please scan all downloads and emails from this site yourself prior to opening them
• Mass sending of emails is never carried out by us.  If you receive unsolicited emails from this site then please send an email via the "Contact Us" section on this website immediately so that the appropriate action can be taken
• Links - links on the site to other websites are provided by XT3 Media and the Parish.  We cannot be held responsible for the availability or content of these external sites.
• The copyright of the site to include the design, source code and content is the property of its respective owners. Any reproduction in printed/electronic form of the site or its contents is not allowed without prior permission, unless it is for your personal non commercial use.
• Where applicable, by signing up for the emailing of the Newsletter you indicate your agreement to receive this on a regular ongoing basis.  Should you wish to stop receiving emails, then please go to the "Contact Us" section on the website and send an email quoting "Unsubscribe"

• Xt3 Media and the Parish is concerned to protect your online privacy. Our policy on privacy and information collected on the site is as follows: We collect two kinds of information about visitors to our site: anonymous and personal. 
• Anonymous data is collected automatically about site visitors, and indicates technical information (browser type, operating system, internet service provider, etc). This data allows us to know the total number of site visits, the average time visitors spend at the site and the geographical location by country and may include the ISP address. Cookies are used in this process
• Anonymous data collects in the aggregate and does not give us any personal information about visitors to the site. Such information will not be sold or voluntarily transferred to third parties.
• The parish website administrator may also collect personal information about site visitors who opt to voluntarily pass this information onto the Parish. This may include:
• Email addresses and other contact details provided by parishioners/visitors which will not be passed on to other non-profit organizations.
• To help improve services to visitors, we may occasionally post user surveys on our site. Answering such surveys is voluntary. However, we may use the information given in a survey to contact you on particular issues. This information will not be rented or exchanged with other organizations.
• Be aware that:Registration entitles you to receive periodic bulletins via email. We may also send you email solicitations to support other relevant initiatives. We will not exchange or rent your email address to other organizations.
